Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking.** Blackbird Property presents Abbey House, a beautifully renovated home just a 7-minute walk from Leura Mall and 5 minutes from Gordon Falls and Elysian Rock Lookouts. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. Set within a large cool-climate garden, Abbey House offers central heating, an electric fireplace for cosy winter nights, and reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. Dogs are welcome on request (please contact us for pet rules). Bedding Configuration Master Bedroom (ensuite): Queen bed Second Bedroom: Queen bed Third Bedroom: Queen bed + single bed Additional bedding: Foam single mattress available for the living area Guests will enjoy two living areas, generous dining spaces, and outdoor entertaining zones, including a large dining setting and a firepit — perfect for cool mountain evenings.* The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee machine, and pantry essentials. Bedrooms feature blackout curtains and hotel-quality linen. For longer stays, there’s an internal laundry with washer, dryer, iron, and board. Pet Friendly Abbey House welcomes one dog per stay, subject to prior approval and our pet policy. Firepit Use Unavailable during the local fire season (1 October – 31 March). Please note: By completing this reservation you agree that: • You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of five hundred dollars will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date. • Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
