The house has two living/dining areas, three full bathrooms, multiple covered outdoor areas and an oversized double car garage. The downstairs living area contains a large comfortable sofa with plenty of seating for our guests, a 75" Smart TV with free access to Netflix, a dining area and reading nook as well as an electric fireplace. The living area leads out into a spacious garden with patio chairs, BBQ, large and fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped backyard. Downstairs you will also find two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and laundry. There is a large dining table with seating for 10 guests as well as an informal seating area/reading nook with a 55" Smart TV with free Netflix access.
By completing this reservation you agree that: You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID* and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of one thousand dollars will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date. Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
2. If you wish to include the 5th bedroom in your reservation, kindly modify your booking to accommodate twelve guests. This adjustment will incur an additional fee. Even if your party doesn't consist of 12 individuals, please make this modification.
