Located on the waterfront of Melbourne's Docklands precinct, AKOM AT Docklands offers fully furnished, self-contained apartments. The property is located on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD and in the heart of the Melbourne commercial district. AKOM AT Docklands is a 15-minute drive from Melbourne Airport and a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Railway Station. The property offers easy access via the free tram service into the Melbourne CBD. Melbourne's major event location, Etihad Stadium, is located only 200 meters away. The apartments offer private balconies, flat-screen televisions with cable channels and full kitchens, including an oven, dishwasher and microwave. Located in 4 different towers, most of the apartments have wonderful water and/or city views.

Situated on the waterfront these prestige apartments offer a great location on Victoria Harbour, 200 meters to Etihad Stadium and one kilometer to the Melbourne city center. Our Docklands accommodation offers resort style living adjacent to the Melbourne CBD. Guests have immediate access to shops, restaurants/cafes and recreation facilities. Our reception is happy to make recommendations upon check-in, and we encourage guests to browse our Around Town page for ideas and information on the best Melbourne attractions. All guests are welcome to use the outdoor heated pool and gymnasium.Our Two and Three-bedroom apartments are situated in the Palladio Tower, Nolan Tower, Arkley Tower, Promenade Tower and Boyd Tower .Our One-bedroom apartments are situated in the Promenade Tower, Palladio Tower, Nolan Tower and Boyd Tower, with views from your living area of The District and Melbourne Star.
