Photo ID will be required, along with payment of the security deposit, prior to arrival. There is no daily housekeeping. Stays of 7 nights or longer will receive a mid-stay / weekly service.

These centrally located apartments are just off Chapel St in South Yarra. The 40 sqm space is light and bright, featuring a double bedroom with an ensuite for one or two people, with the option of two single beds (upon request). The main living area is large with a comfortable couch, four person dining table and fully equipped kitchenette. Some apartments include an outdoor courtyard for that evening aperitif (requests considered, subject to availability upon check-in). All rooms have free high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and heating and cooling. The apartment is close to central facilities, with multiple supermarkets and chemists within a 10 minute walk. Trams to the city, Richmond, and St Kilda have stops within 5 minutes from the apartment, and the major train hub South Yarra Station is a 6 minute walk. The shops, bars, and restaurants of Chapel St and Toorak Rd precincts are right at your doorstep. Car parking for one car is included.
