Aria is perfect to spend a relaxing beach holiday & ideal for corporates & families. The house has reverse cycle ducted heating/ air-conditioning throughout all rooms. Off-street parking for 3 cars (garaging for 2). *Pets upon approval The house spans across 3 levels, with steps leading to the balcony and entrance foyer featuring an elegant glass chandelier. High ceilings and timber floors are featured throughout the house. The entrance level flows through to the open plan living and entertaining spaces where you can sit back and relax whilst watching TV including Netflix. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available.

Close to public transport. Walk to the beach and Henley Square within minutes enjoy some of the finest coastline Adelaide has to offer in Henley Beach. Fantastic location with a wide choice of dining, shopping & entertainment within easy walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, cafes etc are all within walking distance.
