We love going to the parks around. With 5 mins drive, we highly recommend the Caulfield park where you can find a few little ponds with ducks in it. On weekends, we enjoy exploring the cafes in Elstewick, Malvern and Armadale. We are more than happy to provide recommendations if you want! Overall it’s a very child friendly neighbourhood with a lot of things to do with your little ones. Although we have a free parking spot, you do not need a car to get around! We are close to public transport and walking distance to all the essentials! - 2 min walk to tram stop (Wattle Tree Rd / Dandenong Rd) - 10 min walk to train station (Armadale) - 10 min walk to Alma village which has a supermart, pharmacy, cafes, and a medical clinic - 10 min drive to Malvern, South Yarra, Prahan where all the stylish boutiques and restaurants are located - 12 mins drive to Chadstone shopping centre, the biggest one in the southern hemisphere - 10 mins drive to the beautiful beaches of St Kilda and Elwood (highly recommend!) - 20 mins drive to the city
