How is the property laid out? Banksia by the Sea is the rear villa in a two-villa complex, which has a private entrances accessed by external stairs. Banksia by the Sea is a modern, single level house with a fully equipped kitchen. The property is immaculately presented and has two bedrooms - one with queen bed, and one with a bunk bed and one trundle bed. The house has an open plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa, TV with streaming services and air conditioning. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is one bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
