Property information

Sand, Surf and Fun right at your front door! Walk into the property and you will immediately feel relaxed and in holiday mode! The living area is decorated tastefully in aqua tones and included comfortable plush seating, Smart flat screen TV (to stream your favourite shows) and a sound system for your enjoyment. There are a selection of board games and books for you to enjoy also. The home is a bright and airy and just perfect for you to relax with your family or friends. The colours of this home highlight the location, with water virtually surrounding this property. Beach access is directly across the road and the Swansea Channel only a a short stroll away. You will be spoilt for choice as to what you want to do first! Featuring two bedrooms this home can comfortable sleep up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom includes a tri-bunk (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top). NOTE linen is provided for the bunk beds however beds will not be fully made up. The kitchen is modern with European appliances and includes a stainless steel fridge as well as all the facilities needed for your home away from home. The dining table is situated close to the kitchen to make entertaining easy. This area is also air conditioned by a wall mounted unit, for your comfort. There are ceiling fans in the living areas and master bedrooms as well. The bathroom features a bath, shower and vanity with flick master tap and laundry facilities are situated at the rear of the property. A clothesline is conveniently located at your back door so you can easily dry those beach towels after a great day surfing, or swimming or just exploring all that this area has to offer. Lake Macquarie is well known for great fishing, 4WDing, sailing and also the best surfing beaches around. NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY FOR SALE. NO INSPECTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY

Neighbourhood information

Blacksmiths is a quiet village on the shores of the Swansea Channel and Blacksmiths Beach. The beach is patrolled and has a stretch of coastline commonly called "nine mile beach" by the locals that can be accessed by 4WDs. The area is popular for families as it is know as being safe for swimming and is great for surfing due to the breakwall. The breakwall acts as a border between the beach and the Swansea Channel and is also popular with walkers, cyclists and fishermen. There is a swimming area affectionally called "grannys pool" just near the breakwall. You will receive an SMS before your arrival with information on directions to your property and any other special information you may require during your stay. This is sent once the check-in form has been completed.
