Modern comfy house situated right in the heart of McCrae village, McCrae beach, and McCrae shopping precinct. Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen and double size beds, a foldable bed in the living room and 1 bathroom. Large kitchen with open plan dining area. Spacious, light living with split system conditioning. Front paved courtyard, back fenced courtyard, 1 garage and 1 extra parking space. Super convenient walk to the beach and shops/cafes in under 10 minutes.

McCrae Beach is voted as one of the best beaches along the Port Philip coast. McCrae village is only a short 5min walk where you can find few stunning cafes and restaurants, the McCrae lighthouse and a kids playground. Shopping precinct including Coles supermarket is also only a short stroll (2min drive). There are plenty of things to do and visit around McCrae like the Two Bays Trail Run, hiking trails, pristine beaches, hot springs, many wineries and the list goes on.. simply hop onto your preferred transport method. You can drive, walk or ride a bike. Recommendations: Arthurs Seat Eagle, Base Station - 5km away Peninsula Hot Springs - 13km away Most Wineries - 10-15km away Dromana Beach - 5km Rosebud Pier - 3km
