We include ingredients for a hot breaky for the first morning of your booking. This tiny is incredibly comfortable for relaxing. The verandah is raised to overlook the paddock and the farm. With a good sized kitchen it includes 2 burner induction cooktop, cookware, dishware, and a tea/coffee station. A captains style queen bed overlooks the bee yard with blackout screens. We have included books, magazines and a loaded hard drive of movies to play on the TV if you wish. There is a small couch area with table and stools at the window to eat breaky overlooking the farm. The bathroom has a full sized shower area with a rain head shower, vanity unit and composting toilet.

Our property is 12 acres surrounded by a gum lined creek with no neighbours in sight. We have a number of paddocks for our 3 cows and 1 paddock full of bee hives. We are situated next to a macadamia nut farm, which is situated next to a National Park. The tiny house is in it's own fenced paddock. The fencing is for cattle and is not a dog fence if you are hoping to have your dog off leash. If you are traveling with your horse we have a paddock with water that is suitable.
