Bluebell Cottage was built in 2001 as a holiday destination for family and friends. It became so popular by word of mouth so we decided to list it on the Internet. We enjoy good solid bookings and really love feedback from our guests. It has been described by one of our guests as a luxurious boutique tree house. The rear outlook overlooks garden and natural bush, lots of bird life visit the property.
We are a retired couple and enjoy visiting Bluebell Cottage. We return very refreshed. There is something about being surrounded by bush having a peaceful effect on people. The change of seasons is charming, Spring lovely new growth in the formal garden and bright new green growth on the tall mountain trees. Summer, cooler days and nights, less humidity. Autumn, when the deciduous trees shed their leaves, sometimes it looks like golden rain as the trees shed their leaves. Winter, barren branches which enable many birds to be spotted from our deck, which is level with the trees.
Bluebell Cottage is in a very quite area situated only 900 metres from Leura Mall. There are many quaint shops to browse through, antique shops, many cafes for light meals and great coffee and of course great restaurants. Katoomba is only a 10 minute drive to all the tourist attractions the Heritage listed Blue Mountains have to offer. I am nor sure whether this is the sort of information you require but feel free to edit if necessary. Thank you for your efforts to get me online.
