A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, whether you're whipping up a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Nestled in the heart of Falmouth, Boutara offers the perfect base to explore Tasmania’s stunning East Coast—including the world-famous Bay of Fires Conservation Area, Douglas-Apsley National Park, Wineglass Bay, and Freycinet National Park. Please note that there is no WiFi available at Boutara.

Falmouth is an exclusive neighbourhood with quiet streets and very easy access to the beach and river. Falmouth is approximately 10 minutes drive from Scamander or St Marys where the closest supermarkets, corner store and fuel stations are located. There are no shops or commercial premises in Falmouth - it is truly the most relaxing place! There is no accessible public transport to Falmouth so we do recommend having your own car.
