This shared house is an old but newly renovated property, each room has a queen sized bed and amenities of a bar fridge, kettle, desk and chair, and air conditioning. Every guest has their own private bedroom with other common shared areas, including shower room, toilets, kitchen, lounge, gym and dinning area. It is located at a quiet cul-de-sac, where is right next to the main road, providing both the convenience of transportation and quiet environment.

The house is located on a small quiet street, but conveniently located close to a bus stop which is just a minute walk away. Woolworth Supermarket is about 10 minutes walk away. Macquarie Uni is 5 minutes walk away. Macquarie Shopping Centre is 20 minutes walk away.
