Upon entry, downstairs is comprised of bedrooms 3 and 4, plus the main bathroom (featuring bath), laundry, and games room/kids retreat featuring table tennis and football table, sofa, and TV. Upstairs is the open plan living area which incorporates the lounge with 75inch Smart TV, dining, and spacious kitchen, from here you will enjoy wonderful views across the commanding deck and out over the trees to the ocean. The master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe is also located upstairs to enjoy the views, plus bedroom 2 and a smaller bathroom, featuring a shower. This home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably (Max 6 adults and 6 children), so bringing along the whole crew is not an issue.
