Surrounded by flourishing gardens, Casa Adagio represents so much of what visitors love about Daylesford. Offering four king sized bedrooms, a fifth single bedroom, three bathrooms, and a small solar heated swimming pool*, it is designed for relaxation and connection. This timeless home blends natural light and seamless indoor outdoor living with the tranquillity of the surrounding bushland.
At the heart of the home, a stylish kitchen flows into a generous dining area and out to a sunlit north facing deck—perfect for morning coffee or alfresco meals. The nearby living room features soaring cathedral ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and abundant natural light. A bright second lounge can be used for entertaining, as a kids’ play space or even as a wellness area (it fits 8-10 yoga mats).
The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with ensuite and deep soaking bath overlooking the gardens. Three additional king bedrooms can be split into singles and there is also a fifth single bedroom. Two further bathrooms ensure an easy stay for family and friends alike.
Outdoors, Casa Adagio shines with multiple entertaining decks, a west facing poolside terrace that’s ideal for sunset drinks, and lush gardens that merge into the surrounding forest. The small solar heated pool* invites summer relaxation, while mature trees and seasonal plantings create year round beauty. There is a 20amp plug socket for EV charging (BYO charging cable).

The Daylesford-Hepburn Region is famous for its mineral waters and is known as the Spa Centre of Australia. Our beautiful scenery includes the famous Lake Daylesford, the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens and the Wombat State Forest. There are historic buildings in the main street of Daylesford and the region’s history lies in the rush for gold. Lake Daylesford now covers land upon which gold was first discovered and offers lakeside picnic spots, cafes, walking tracks, fishing and pedal boating. The internationally known Lake House sits on its shores and there are public BBQ facilities and amenities adjacent to the main parking area.
Lake Jubilee is located south of Daylesford (about a 10-15 minute drive) and is ideal for fishing, boating and swimming. If you are looking for a waterfall, visit Sailor’s Falls, less than 30 minutes south from the Daylesford Town Centre.
