Location was great, and easy walk into town along beautiful big wide country streets. The yard was dog friendly (no way to escape) and the front porch was a favorite place for us all to sit to catch the warm morning spring sun.

This beautifully renovated cottage gives you all that you want from a holiday getaway. Its features include 3 large bedrooms, two with queen beds and a one with two single beds, bathroom, laundry and a stylish fully equiped kitchen. With an open layout perfect for entertaining, guests are invited to kick-back and enjoy a glass of Orange wine or relax while watching popular streaming service’s on our smart TV. Just a short stroll to town through one of Oranges original streets. Our cleaner Jodie takes great pride the cleanliness of our cottage and always something extra to make you feel at home. THE SET UP ~ Pet friendly ~ No fee ~ Bedroom 1 Queen bed +BIR ~ Bedroom 2 Queen bed + BIR ~ Bedroom 3 2 x Single beds + BIR ~ Free wifi ~ 55 inch smart Tv with multiple streaming apps ~ Fully equiped kitchen with coffee, coffee pods, tea, milk and basic condiment facilities ~ Open layout with super comfortable and dining set up ~ Laundry with washing machine and dryer, with washing powder ~ Dog bed, rug and toys for the pooch ~ Assorted games ~ Iron and ironing board ~ BBQ ~ Outdoor dining area ~ Help yourself to the herb and vegetable garden ~ Driveway, Carport and plenty of street parking ~ Children’s toys and books HEATING/COOLING We had a large gas heater that heats the main area and brand new Mitsubishi split systems in the main area and 3 bedrooms.
Melissa and Myself were lucky enough to be the third owners of this beautiful 1941 cottage . Our rear neighbour grew up in this home, which just adds to a great neighbourhood feel. We have a lot of great memories here with our young family and 2 Cavoodles. Unfortunately work has taken Melissa to Newcastle so we decided to turn the home into a BNB. I still work at the local mine which enables me to maintain and keep improving the standards of the home. Hopefully guests can bring their pets along and the home can create many more fantastic memories like it has for us. I will be available for any recommendations for places to eat and drink or things to do.
Orange is a beautiful city steeped in history and beauty. Wide tree lined streets filled with elegant period homes that tell a story about the earlier days in Orange. Home to just over 40,000 people, this high altitude city is host to a variety of events through the year including food and wine, cycling, running, hot air ballooning, regular farmers markets and plenty more. Home to some of the best cool climate wines in Australia and a selection of fine dining restaurants and cafe’s, Orange has plenty to offer. The local wineries are a 10 to 15 minute drive from town
