Peaceful, spacious home in the heart of Clifton Springs. Featuring a beautifully presented and fully equipped interior, along with a spacious back garden, games room & BBQ facilities. You can enjoy a relaxing stay at the property or take a walk to the nearby Cliffo Beach, enjoying a swim, or a stroll along the shore taking in the beautiful sweeping views of the bay and stunning sunsets. Grab a coffee or gelato on your walk home for the perfect outing. This property ticks all the boxes.
This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sleeps 7 people and is fully equipped with everything you need including fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (with pods), dishwasher, laundry facilities, air conditioning & heating, ceiling fans, smart TV and WiFi.
The spacious, grassy backyard & adjoining pergola seating areas is equipped with outdoor dining furniture, BBQ facilities & a games room. Complimentary soaps, shampoo, conditioner & hair dryer are provided.Bed linen and towels are all supplied, please bring your own beach towels. Travel cot, high chair and changing table are also available at the house if required.

Our Clifton Springs home is the perfect base to explore the Bellarine Peninsula including local wineries, the Bellarine Railway and hiking tracks. Local top attractions include the Curlews Golf Club, one of Australia's top golf courses with includes a mini golf and driving range; the award-winning Jack Rabbit winery and the beautiful bayside town of Portarlington where you can sample their famous locally sourced mussels. We are also a short drive to other coastal resort towns of St Leonards, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove, and only a 20 minute drive to central Geelong.
