Luxury by the sea! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a large open space living, dining and brand new kitchen. There are two pull out trundles under a bed in one room - these are BYO linen & towels, the home is made up for 8 guests. Close to the beach and a pool at the back door, pure bliss! Perfect for a family getaway, this house has everything you could possibility want and need plus more. Please note: THIS IS STRICTLY NOT A PARTY HOUSE. ALL LINEN & TOWELS INCLUDED Each bedroom contains 1 king bed. As well as a spacious outdoor entertaining area, 'Coastal Escape on Highlander' is perfect for all occasions.... You won't want to leave! Entire House Pool I am always available via phone or through air bnb for questions Located in a quiet court. 5 minutes walk to supermarket and park Please be aware that this house CANNOT be hired for parties... No parties or functions of any kind No loud music anytime Ideally no backyard use after 10pm. You can obviously stay outside a bit longer if you read a book, have a quiet conversation with your partner. You get it. But no loud music or loud noise. We respect our neighbours and would like the noise to be kept to a minimum. Families and older couples preferred
