For a retreat in sophisticated surrounds, close to an array of attractions, you can't go past this outstanding contemporary property. It is perfectly set up for you to relax in comfortable, private surrounds, intermittently between enjoying the coastal attractions of Glenelg and the nearby area. Securely fenced, you'll enjoy being able to access the rear via the security gate and electronic panel. A spacious double-garage can house your vehicle for your stay, providing you with peace of mind. The setting among the gum trees and opposite a spacious park, which features a playground and tennis court may make you forget how close to conveniences you really are. The front yard has a good amount of lawn, as well as a paved barbeque area and undercover tiled space that is perfect for al fresco dining. Step through the sliding glass doors and be delighted by the expansive ground floor. Down here, the open plan design provides plenty of space for family and guests. The fully equipped, contemporary kitchen is a luxury to prepare meals in. With the lengthy breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer, stainless steel dishwasher and gas stove and oven, you won't want to leave such a sensational cooking and entertaining space. Ducted reverse cyle throughout aids keeping this holiday abode completely comfortable, as do the ceiling fans throughout. The separate laundry has external access, so you can head straight in with your wet clothes and beachwear after a swim. Take your pick of the bathrooms, including an ensuite with a double shower, or perhaps the central bathroom for a soak in the tub. Two of the three bedrooms feature private balconies for fresh air and provide the ideal spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage. Each bedroom has ceiling fans. You're also sure to be impressed with the storage space throughout, including built-in robes, so even if you over-pack for your stay, you can keep clutter at bay.
