The original homestead circa 1860 began its life as the towns doctors' residence. Fast forward to present day and you will find a charming old cottage with a modern extension that has been thoughtfully designed, surrounded by a peaceful garden setting. Conveniently located in the heart of McLaren Vale, we are only steps away from all that the region has to offer. Make yourself home! Take a swim in the pool, cook a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine under the 170 year old pepper tree.
We live walking distance from the house and we are available when needed
Located in the heart of McLaren Vale township, within walking distance to shops, cafes and wineries Private parking at the premises. 5 minutes walking to the supermarkets (Coles and Foodland), chemist, bakery, butchers and post office. 2 minutes walking to the Shiraz walking trail. 5 minutes drive to the closest beach.
