This apartment boasts fantastic, uninterrupted views of the coast and beach from its balcony. In addition, you'll have exclusive access to the Unit 29 roof terrace, providing even more space to enjoy the scenery. Its location is directly opposite the beach and the Alex Surf Club, making it ideal for beach lovers. You can easily walk to Mooloolaba and the Cotton Tree Saturday Markets, as well as numerous cafes. All essential amenities are close by, including a superette, various cafes and restaurants, and a liquor store. Public transport is also very convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away offering services north and south every 10 minutes. The apartment building features an outdoor pool and a barbecue area, as well as a lift for easy access. Inside the apartment, you'll find a fully equipped kitchenette with electric hot plates, a microwave combi oven, toaster, and kettle. An ironing board and iron are also provided. We believe it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. For your convenience, extra cleaning and linen services can be arranged for an additional fee. One of the best things about staying at Coral Sea Views is that you likely won't need a car. You can simply relax and take in the amazing views and the surrounding area on foot.

Beautiful park at rear and lake with walkways. BEACH directly opposite Apartment. Mini Marts and liquor store, cafes, Surf Club all 1 min walking, so you can just park your car in your own carpark and have a real holiday. Easy walk to Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba, or take the bus to Mooloolaba or onward to Cotton Tree and Sunshine Coast Plaza. RSL bus 600 stops before Plaza. Great for a quick lunch or evening meal.
