Our recently renovated 1 bedroom flat is attached to our main home but very private. It's really private, cosy, quaint and spacious with a little touch of history with lovely stain glass windows and a modern twist. Spacious, light and airy and so so well located in the heart of our beautiful coastal town Iluka on the mighty Clarence River in far northern New South Wales. The space is casual beach theme with an outdoor fireplace for those temperate winter nights. Most nights you can hear the rhythm of the ocean waves with the beach just 3 blocks away and see the Milky way in the night sky. No city lights here. Everything is supplied to make your stay a little home away from home. It's quiet, and peaceful surrounded by many gifts from nature.

Hello. Kerrie here. We look forward to meeting you and sharing what we love about our local area. I am in my early sixties, live with my partner John in our newly renovated home in downtown Iluka. We love the great outdoors and celebrating nature every day. The unit is attached to our main home. We share the same building but you will find a great sense of privacy and separation between the two spaces Your privacy is important to us.

Iluka is small coastal village off the main Pacific highway about 18kms in northern N.S.W. Our home is across the road from the Bakery, Butcher, Chemist, Grocery Store so extremely convenient but not busy. Everything flows at a nice easy coastal pace in Iluka. From the house you are 3 mins to the bay side foreshore walk which takes you all the way to the beach,5 mins by car to two or three beach options some of which are in National Parks and 7-8 mins to further beach options. Talk about lots of beaches. Not to mention the amazing fishing, dolphin and bird watching, rock hopping and winter whale watching etc. Towns that are within driving distance are Maclean, Yomba, and the country towns with lots to offer and worth the drive are Lawrence, Brushgrove, Grafton. Tracking north up the main highway you can explore Evans Head, Ballina, Lennox Head and Byron all quite easy for a good day out day visit. Our home is within travel distance of the famous Angourie Coastal walking track and 2 hours from heritage listed wildness national parks, absolutely spectacular views, walking tracks and nature. Iluka itself has a few good eateries, riverside coffee, cute shops and services.
