Positioned between Swan Lake and the ocean, this charming two bedroom bungalow is the perfect retreat for a relaxing break in the quiet and peaceful suburb of Cudmirrah. With two double bedrooms, two separate living spaces, a fully fitted kitchen, family bathroom and additional laundry room, the outdoor deck has recently been refurbished to provide the ideal outdoor entertaining space. Ideal for friends who want to get away from the city for the weekend or those with small families.

This quiet hideaway is exclusively for you and your guests. This holiday home has been in my family for over 20 years and holds many fond memories of beautiful summers at the beach, skiing on the lake and large gatherings for afternoon BBQs. We have regular visitors including kangaroos, possums and Blue Mountain parrots.

Cudmirrah is a beautiful area surrounded by national forest with a beach on one side and Swan lake on the other. Our neighbours are very friendly and helpful. The roads are quiet and there is easy access to lake and beach via walkways between the houses. Our house is in the quieter area of the village and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach as you enjoy your afternoon nap. Getting to the beach or the lake is very walkable - about 10min to the beach and about 20seconds to the lake. If you are stepping out for lunch or dinner, you can use the free courtesy bus from the local RSL club. The bus will collect you and your guest from the front of the house by simply calling the RSL Club. You can enjoy the beer, wine and excellent, reasonably priced food and then the courtesy bus (leaving on the hour) will drop you back at your front door. It is one of the finest benefits of staying in Cudmirrah. No taxi needed and you can enjoy that second schooner of beer or glass of wine.
