'Crescent Bay Cottage & Studio' is managed by Cape Executive Holiday Properties, we are located Mae House (upstairs) Unit 102 17 Inverness Avenue, Dunsborough. We have been managing short stay private holiday homes since 2007.

Property information

Located just 400m from the beach and town centre, this holiday house is close to all the great things Dunsborough has to offer. Start your mornings off with a stroll into town for coffee or breakfast or head on down to the beach and use the parks, playgrounds or cycle paths all accessible from this home. Refurbished with timber look floors, new blinds, reverse cycle air conditioning, carpeted bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms. The main house has reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom, three queen size bedrooms, a bathroom and a second shower/toilet in the laundry. An open plan dining/living with an LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The air-conditioned Studio retreat (great for another couple or the 'in-laws') has a double size bed, en-suite, wardrobe, living area, LCD TV and DVD. The enclosed back yard has an undercover alfresco, with table sitting for 8 and an outdoor BBQ, a great place to relax any time of the day. The large driveway makes parking a boat or caravan simple with ample room for vehicles.
