An attractive family-friendly home nestled on a 1050m2 block, backing onto a nature reserve and offering privacy, with delightful views from the rear verandah. Enjoy the beautiful native gardens which attract lots of birds including Blue Wrens, Silver-eyes and Wattle Birds. The beach is a short 10 minute walk away, or you can drive on the beach if you have a 4x4!
A great holiday destination with many things to do and see.
Take a trip on the historical "Cockle Train", which travels from Goolwa through to Victor Harbor, along the coast via Middleton and Port Elliott (where the infamous bakery is!). Try cockling on the beach, throw in a line or take your boat out onto Lake Alexandrina for some fishing or skiing. The Murray Mouth is nearby or you can take a quick drive up to the Coorong. Goolwa has a host of great eateries, but no McDonald's or Hungry Jacks, which is just fine by us! More info on eateries in the area can be found in the house manual.
