Fishermens kick back pad Everything a fisherman could want - Long Driveway for ample boat parking, Large front and back yards, Views and a BBQ This top floor, 2 bedroom unit is the most affordable fisherman accommodation in town! This unit sleeps up to 13 people Bedroom 1 - 1 double bed, with single bunk above (tri-bunk), bedroom 2 has 3 sets of single bunks. There are a further 2 sets of single bunk beds in the lounge/living area. A reverse cycle air conditioner, heater and TV are also provided. There are 2 fridge freezers and a separate chest freezer for your catch. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, microwave and other essential items. There is an outdoor BBQ and outdoor setting so you can relax and enjoy the views of Montague Island. The property shares with the bottom unit, a washing machine, clothes line and an additional shower and toilet, in an outdoor complex. The layout of the unit has been planned to accommodate maximum bedding so you can bring a group of friends and share the accommodation costs. Consider renting both units 1 & 2 so you can spread out and enjoy all this property has to offer with complete privacy. Linen - Guests will need to supply your own linen - Sheets, towels, doonas and pillows etc Linen hire service is available prior to your arrival if requested. Pets not permitted.
