Pet Let is a South Australian-based manager of pet-friendly holiday homes. We started in 2009, and now operate in SA and WA . We love creating wonderful pet friendly spaces for humans and their fur kids.

All guests are welcomed with a bottle of SA wine and chocolate “Sandy Feet” has just had a full and fabulous renovation. It is utterly gorgeous from the hanging chair and pink double doors on the front porch to the stylish interior and delightful back garden. This is a gorgeous and very unique character-filled holiday home that will welcome and delight every guest. You will love the outdoor bath and shower! The cottage is located within 200M of the beach, 5 mins to pubs, cafes and restaurants in Victor Harbor, 3 mins to the local shopping centre and much more! This is the ideal base to explore all that Victor has to offer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Smeg coffee machine, waffle maker and blender. There is a cute dining nook with bench seat in the original part of the cottage that exudes history and ambiance. The bathroom is brand new with a large walk in shower. For entertainment there are two TVs, free WiFi for guests, Netflix, books and board games. There is a cute cubby house for kids in the back yard. For guest comfort, the property has a reverse cycle air-cond system, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The bedding configuration (sleeps 6) is as follows: Bedroom 1: King (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Double (sleeps 2) Sleepout: Single Bunks (sleeps 2) Please note that the sleep out is not a full bedroom, but incorporates bunk beds in a room which doubles as the laundry. The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. The rear yard is fully enclosed to a height of 1.8M with colour bond fencing and gate. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside. No Schoolies bookings. No 25 December arrivals/departures.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike. Kent Reserve Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
