Great unit with room for the kids to play in fenced rear yard. The shared pontoon on canal that takes you out to beautiful Pumicestone Passage. Fantastic views of canal from living area. Central to all facilities with Bongaree waterfront only 10 minutes walk and McDonalds, Woolworths in the nearby Shopping Centre. * Overlooking canal * Pontoon to tie up only (no winch - shared with unit 1) * Free WIFI * Air-conditioned throughout * Fully fenced yard * Undercover outdoor entertaining area * Boat shed not for use * Three night minimum stay * SORRY - NO PETS * Bridge clearance height 2.6 metres high tide. * If you require entry to the Canal lock access for your boat - please ask for key/swab and information sheet. Please note that linen is not provided as part of your booking. You will be required to bring sheets, towels, bath mat, hand towel, face washer, tea towels and beach towels.
