This house was recently renovation and ready for home stay, and we provide with good quality of furniture, new Bed frame and Mattress, Robot vacuum cleaner operation in daily basic. the location was near to Kingswood train staion, nepean Hospital, Nepean River, Petrol station, school and restaurant. We are trying to make this house more comfortable and luxury for our guess, going forward. We will do our best to add more facilities which to create more fun for who staying to our sweet home.

you may visit our neighbourhood like Penrith, Jamisontown, nepean River, it is easy to find a free Car parking every where. For more information about the place to visit, please refer to Guest Guide provided online. There are 4 rooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is not a luxury property but it has everything needed while doing holiday or staying up for work. Kingswood is pretty central to everything and hence property is accessible to public transport. Kingswood Station is 20 mins walk. Penrith Westfield mall is just 5 mins drive. Perfect for couples, singles or families of up to Six. All guests whether a group or family or individual needing a place to sleep are welcomed. House has all the amenities and we keep adding more and more everyday. You would get a full kitchen which includes all essential stuff i.e. pots, microwave, oven, air fryer, washing machine (NEW) , glasses and many more Other things to note Property has the option to do self checkin. There is a Smart Digital keypad lock which has the key to enter. we will program the Pin as your last 6 digit Phone number plus "#" sign at the end.
