Location, Location, Location! Amazing views, pool, wonderful rural location, yet only 2 minutes to town amenities. Located at the end of the private drive overlooking Bowral and Burradoo. Main home sleeps 6 and you can add THE PAINTERS STUDIO as another addition for a private studio on site. Please note The top studio had an outside bathroom, inside toilet. If you want the entire property the studio needs to be booked as well or it may have have guests. Garden and areas are seperate. Only the parking will be shared. Our housekeeper lives on site. However there will be no interaction and you have seperate entrances/ dwelling. 30 mtrs apart.
We love to travel and share our home and area.
The Southern Highlands has wonderful food and wine culture, equestrian, art and cultural scene. Out favourite places include. Bendooley Estate and book barn . Osborn House Country Spa. Citizen Kanbridge Restaurant and Rose garden Eschalot fine dining. Peppergreen Tasting Room. Berrima Walking tours Fitzroy Falls Nungunalla Art Gallery Retford Park Dirty Janes Susie Anderson Harrys Green Lane Best shopping food and art all wihtin 10- 20 min drive.
