You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the building’s sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. NOTICE: Pool Availability Please note that the pool has been fixed. It is currently closed for the winter season but will reopen soon. BEDROOM: The bedrooms have king and queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart Sony TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. It has access to local channels as well. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There are also options for free and paid street paking: - Eyre Street Near Kingston shops. - Free 2hr parking in Kingston shops open area parking space. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's pool throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
