Outdoor Firepit: It is the guest responsibility to be aware of NSW Fire Regulations. We do not allow the use of the firepit between October - April. BBQ: is electric and quite small. Water: We want to remind you that you will have to bring water to the house as we strongly advise not to drink any of the tap water unless you boil it first. Pets: Pets are welcome to stay on written approval from the Host and although we allow small pets on approval there is a limit of 2 x dogs per booking. Tiny Home: Please note there is a tiny home nearby. The tiny home will not interfere with Janie's Cottage nor your privacy when booking. The tiny home is located in a separate nearby paddock and cannot see the main house due to a large shed blocking the main house. Rural Property: Please note this home is located in a rural area. Although the home has a regular pest service you may still encounter, bugs, insects, spiders etc. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
