Kirra Beach Apartments Coolangatta is located in the spectacular Southern Gold Coast. Our accommodation is a short taxi ride from Gold Coast Airport, and within easy walking distance of patrolled surfing beaches, local award winning cafes, restaurants and shops; plus Coolangatta Tweed Heads (Twin Towns). The Gold Coast Theme parks and National Parks can be easily accessed by car or public transport. We are directly opposite beautiful Kirra Beach, famous for its surf breaks, crystal clear water and pure white sand. Kirra Beach Apartments, Coolangatta, offers delightful and spacious accommodation with stunning ocean and Gold Coast hinterland views.

Neighbourhood information

Whether you are young or young at heart there is plenty to do in and around Kirra and the Southern Gold Coast. The local beaches: Kirra Beach, Coolangatta Beach, Rainbow Bay, Greenmount Bay, Duranbah (D’bah) Beach and Snapper Rocks are renowned for surfing and there is a scenic Ocean way walk to delight in the beauty of the coastline. During the whale migration (both north and south) it is quite common to see whales quite close to the shore as the topography of this end of the coast juts out somewhat to afford a closer view to these majestic cetaceans. Known as the green behind the gold, you can visit our beautiful Hinterland region to experience breathtaking scenery and bushwalks amongst world heritage listed national parks. The Currumbin Rock pools, Border Ranges, Springbrook National Park, Mount Cougal Border track, Lamington National Park, Mt Tambourine Sky Walk and many more natural sites are within easy reach by car or tour.
