We are Damien and Xavier and we live in Melbourne. Damien is French and Xavier is Australian. We love travelling, the beach and good wines. We fell in love with the Mornington Peninsula a long time ago and we hope you do too! This is our little beach house that we love to get away from the city and relax, unwind and spend time with our friends.

Approximately an hour drive from Melbourne, Tootgarook is a small enclave near Rye on the Mornington Peninsula. The area comes alive over the summer months with festivals, live music, water activities, and farmers and craft markets. The stunning bay and ocean beaches of golden sands, the wineries and farms, the spas, golf courses, garden mazes, and historical townships are all within minutes drive from the property. Our local shopping strip has a great selection of cafes, restaurants and live music can be found every weekend. Golfers are treated to the very best golf courses within minutes drive from the property. Visiting the Peninsula Hot Springs has been one of our guests favourite places. This followed up with dining at some of the most beautiful wineries in Victoria.
