You can put your boat in the water at the boat ramp less than a 5 minute drive away.
2 minute walk to the local pub, cafe, chemist and post office. Wander up the lakeside path to the Catalina Flying Boat Museum and lakeside Cafe.
Swan Hill is a 15 minute drive away for you to be able to visit the Pioneer Settlement or the Murray Downs Golf and Country Club.
