Lilacs waterfront villas and cottages, Albany, overlooks and enjoys frontage to the Princess Royal Harbour. We are only four kilometres from the city centre, ideally located for exploring the wonders the region has to offer.
Watch the sunrise over the harbour and listen to the birds each morning. The bird life at the 'Lilacs' is plentiful, the pellicans, black swans, ducks and other wading birds come and go in the tranquil surroundings. There is a lovely grassed area and children's playground. The bibbulmun track passes through the front of the property, easy access for an leisurely stroll. Gas barbecues are on site as is a guest laundry. Everything you need for a great holiday.
