Converted Victorian Mansion with included free on street parking, included and romantic gas log fire, opposite. Catani Gardens and 200 meters from St Kilda Beach. Beautifully renovated, located in a quite leafy street. Extremely comfortable queen sized loft bedroom, 2 smart TVs with Netflix and luxurious leather couch!
Hi there! We are Marco & Paul! We are really helpful and resourceful guys. We eat out a lot and are real foodies. We love Melbourne and St Kilda in particular, and have lived here for years so know all it's fun places to go! Our style of traveling is being able to immerse ourselves in local culture! We love getting to see the way the locals live, We are not really attracted to doing the "touristy" sort of things but rather getting to know someone for who they are and not just for what they are stereotyped as! We love to try things out of the norm and are always seeking out our next adventure and making friends all along the way! We like summer more than winter, (although love snow skiing) and savoury always trumps sweet! We are really proud of our properties and go out of our way to give our guests a wonderful experience rather than just a place to stay. We have met some truly fantastic friends through hosting, and love extending our hospitality to new guests all the time!

The loft apartment, is located on the peaceful, leafy Park Street, shaded by historic English elm trees, feels wonderfully residential and quiet despite being just 100 meters from vibrant Fitzroy Street. Just a short stroll from the beachfront, you can enjoy morning walks along the sand, stunning sunsets at the pier, or a relaxing swim at St Kilda Beach. Acland Street and Fitzroy Street are only moments away, offering boutique shopping, artisan bakeries, lively cafés, wine bars and some of Melbourne’s best restaurants. The area has a relaxed, creative energy—perfect for anyone who loves culture, great food and a coastal atmosphere. You’ll also be close to Luna Park, the bustling Esplanade Market, beautiful parks and scenic bike paths. The tram is just minutes away, providing a quick 15-minute ride into the city. Everything you need is within walking distance, including a supermarket, dry cleaner, 24-hour convenience store and bottle shop. If you enjoy walking or running, Albert Park is only 300 meters away. You can also follow the foreshore trail toward Port Melbourne or along the famous St Kilda promenade. Travelling with kids? Luna Park and Acland Street’s family-friendly cafés, restaurants and iconic cake shops are an easy walk away. Animal lovers will enjoy visiting St Kilda’s own penguin colony, which appears at dusk each evening near the St Kilda Pier. Tram stop just outside our entrance servicing 3a, 16, 96 and 12. The 96 light rail offers direct to the city via the Sth. Melbourne Market, the 16 heads down St Kilda Road’s more leisurely scenic route, and the 12 heads through Albert Park and Sth. Melbourne and the famous high end shops of beautiful Collins Street.
