*We are open to special requests subject to availability

*The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and we provide basics like oil, vinegar, and spices. On arrival you will find fresh milk, juice, bread, condiments like butter, jam, vegemite, and nutella,/peanut butter. Assorted Tea and Coffee to cater for all.

*The house is run on filtered River Water not for drinking. We provide 10litres of drinking water.

*Upon arrival you may be greeted by the resident dog "Buddy" he is harmless, friendly to all, just has a love for car tyres, don't be alarmed.

*Leading up to and during early harvest of Almond and Pistachio Seasons (December - March) you may occasionally here neighbouring farms Gas Guns and or licensed bird shooters on at times for pest control.

*BIO SECURITY Please be aware we currently have Fruit Fly outbreak in region and Local & State laws are in place to protect our Produce. Please refer to latest updates on the following link: https://fruitfly.sa.gov.au/travelling-restrictions/travelling-to-the-riverland

*Boats and Jet skis have to be launched from either Waikerie/Ramco boat ramps as our Farming Insurance Policy does not permit Entry or Exit from our Property directly into the river. Upon arrival to our riverfront you can moor boats/jet skis for duration of your stay. Unfortunately, Wake boats are not permitted for use as it causes damage to all resident farming irrigation Pumps that feed off this section of river.
