This holiday home is in a quiet part of town and includes bikes for guest use (use at your own risk), games and an Xbox, for never ending fun. With space to park a boat or caravan this property is a perfect place to stay for fishing trips with plenty of boat ramps in close proximity to the property! Enjoy peace and quiet on the front balcony, delighting in the gentle breezes on your beachside getaway. The grassy side yard is great for kids or dogs to play. Fence is approx. 1m high in yard and suitable for small or non-jumping dogs. Indoor Living The cosy main living area features a comfy couch and smart TV, plus Split-System AC, ceiling fans and 4 seater dining table. Marlin Manor also includes Wi-Fi and boasts a Rumpus Room with double sofa bed, great for kids, teens or extra guests. The rumpus also contains a TV and Xbox, and is an ideal place for downtime on your holiday. Kitchen The kitchen features bar stools for extra guests, as well as a double-door fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and slow cooker. For your convenience, this home also features a coffee pod machine (BYO Pods) and a Bbq, perfect for preparing holiday meals and drinks. Bedroom and Bathrooms The main bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and ceiling fan with built in wardrobe. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes also. The 2nd bedroom bed can be converted to a king size upon request, however guests must contact Coastline Holiday Group agent directly by phone within 1 business day of booking to make the request. Requests made after this timeframe may not guarantee the option or could be subject to additional charges. The renovated bathroom features a large shower with both detachable and rain shower heads, as well as a sink. The toilet is separate for your convenience and privacy.

Neighbourhood information

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round. With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge. Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm. Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration. Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
