This wonderful private property boasts fabulous outdoor living spaces and with 5 bedrooms there is plenty of space for guests. You will find two king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and two double bedrooms to accommodate your family, extended family, or a bunch of good friends. Although we do not open our home up for parties, we do welcome various groups enjoying special occasions, like weddings. Featuring a light and bright sunroom with a 10 person dining table and fantastic outdoor entertaining with a gorgeous fire pit to gather around and a bbq on the deck. There is a very well equipped kitchen if you fancy making a meal. Otherwise, there a plenty of excellent local dining options. Located on the edge of town, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, specialty and gift stores to explore. Merrett Vale Home is also just a short drive to wedding venues and Southern Highlands hotspots, wineries, walking trails, and shopping! We are a dog friendly home! We are a small young family who live locally in the beautiful NSW Southern highlands. We love our home, Merrett Vale Home, and love opening it for others to enjoy. We think our backyard is a special place, a paradise to enjoy with friends and family, and we are very happy we can offer the experience to guests.

You will be staying on a quiet suburban street opposite a park. As Merrett Vale Home is in a residential neighbourhood there is a quiet time policy from 10pm. This doesn’t mean you must can’t have fun, it just means we expect guests to be respectful of their neighbours. The home is a short level walk to the main township where you will find gift and specialty stores, restaurants, cafes, pubs, supermarkets and other attractions. Taxis are readily available as are chauffeured services. It is a 5 minute drive to Sutton Forrest, a 10 minute drive to Bowral and Berrima and 20 minute drive to Mittagong.
