I am a designer and an artist. My environment is important to me. I like to extend my own personal eclectic tastes for design and art to my guests. I have two properties, I live in the Art house, and rent his periodically when I go away on holidays. There is a self contained cottage which is a dedicated Air B&B next door, totally private and separate for my guests. I’m typically available next door should you require any assistance during your stay. If I’m away, a dedicated property manager will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

In the other direction only 200 metres, is a restaurant, Villeroys for dinner service, EXCELLENT and very reasonable. It also does breakfast & lunch. Around the corner on Kensington Road, a brand new establishment that houses a full A La Carte restaurant alongside a delightfully casual deli cafe, which would rival anything in Melbourne or Sydney - ORSO and Wilmots. But of course, the Parade has quite possibly the best array of restaurants & cafes in Adelaide, all a mere 20-minute walk away. For those wanting the convenience of the city, and the local attractions of the Museum, Art Gallery, Adelaide Zoo, the Convention Centre, the River Torrens and parklands, Rundle Mall shopping, or the outdoor cafes on the Parade in Norwood, the property is located smack bang in the middle of these two districts, an easy walk to all amenities.
