Bedrooms 2 & 3 Each room features a comfortable queen bed and built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of space to unwind. Bedroom 4 This room includes a bunk bed plus a pull-out trundle bed, providing sleeping space for up to three guests. It also has plenty of cupboard storage. Bathrooms/Toilets 2 Modern Bathrooms: The master includes an ensuite for added privacy. The shared bathroom offers a relaxing bath and a separate toilet for extra convenience. Kitchen & Dining A bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area filled with natural light, creating an inviting space for meals and gatherings. Fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, toaster, and kettle. A spacious walk-in pantry provide plenty of storage Our large dining area is perfect for family dinners or entertaining friends. Living Areas Living Room 1: A bright and spacious area with a 75” Smart TV and a comfortable setup for movie nights or casual gatherings. Living Room 2/5th Bedroom: A second entertainment room with a study desk, a sofa bed, and doors that can be closed off for added privacy, making it perfect as a fifth bedroom. Sunroom A light-filled seating area with views of the side yard and a lovely water feature. It’s the ideal spot to relax, complete with a gas heater for cozy evenings. Ideal for alfresco meals or for entertaining larger groups. Additional Amenities Onsite Parking: Park a car in the garage with additional driveway space and ample street parking available. TRANSPORT: The closest bus stop is a mere 4-minute walk from our home, providing easy access to the Cranbourne train station, which is just 5km away. NATURE: Visit the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne, located 7km away.
