Relaxed modern 3 bed beach Bungalow less than 2km to Rye main St and centrally located for all of the best Peninsula Beaches Wineries, Hot Springs and attractions.
With a large outdoor deck with lounge seating and shade and covered dining at the back of the property.
Close enough to the hustle and bustle, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet, perfect for a get away with a group of family of friends.
Fast WIFI and off street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Automatic password protected locks provide easy and hassle free access for all guests, we are available on the phone to answer any questions during your stay.
The house is elevated on a quiet residential street.
The quickest way around the Mornington Peninsula is by car or on a wine tour. The peninsula is known for a number of great beaches golf courses, hikes or bike rides so this is how we normally get around the area. We will also provide you with some numbers for local taxi companies in your Welcome E mail.
