An original local beach cottage in the heart of Mollymook Beach across the road from the Mollymook Beach Hut Café, Mollymook Beach and Surf Life Saving Club and a short walk to the Mollymook 9Hole beachside golf course. North facing sun room with views east to the beach. Off street parking. Kitchen equipped with full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven and micro wave. Relive the simplicity of 1950's beach lifestyle, with all the comforts of a modern home.
Loving life and work. Interests include fine food & wine, gardening, decorating, reading, snow boarding and traveling.
This cottage is in the heart of very popular Mollymook. Across the road to the beach and play park. Local restaurants are at your door step. Bring your beach umbrella, golf clubs and roller skates.
