A spacious & cozy 4-lovish bedroom, 2-bath home, in the heart of Port Macquarie. Fully furnished, well equipped. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the beach, town, river, marina, hospital, airport and university, all within 2 km from your doorstep. Relax in the spacious living room with a TV, and ultra-modern kitchen, & dine indoors or outdoors, depending on your mood. Perfect for anyone wanting a comfortable & peaceful prime location. One small pet is allowed & must stay away from rugs, beds, and sofas. The house was newly built - in 2023 and kept immaculate.
We love our guests and see to it they have a perfect stay. The house is fully equipped with everything our guests may need. We are proud of our guests' 100% fantastic reviews through all platforms.
Catherine Street is only 2 minutes' drive from everywhere in Port Macquarie. (Town centre, beach, Hasting River, Marina, restaurants, hotels pubs, airport, private & public hospitals, university etc. It's located in a tranquil residential neighbourhood. Plenty of free street parking, on top of the closed garage and driveway.
