Location A short stroll: The pristine waters of Jervis Bay, Main street of Huskisson with all the cafes, restaurants, and the famous Huskisson Pub. Property Guests: Avalon Apartment comfortably sleeps 2 Bedding configuration Bedroom 1 - King Bed with robe, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and cooktop Living: lounge area with plenty of seating, smart flat screen Tv with Netflix and Wifi Laundry: Washing Machine and Dryer. Heating / Cooling: Air-conditioning and ceiling fans Outdoors: Features a large undercovered area at the front of the apartment with a seating area and gas Bbq, Avalon Apartment also has a large fenced grassed yard for the kids to enjoy. Parking: Single Garage Pets: Avalon Apartment is not pet friendly, please contact us for a list of available pet friendly options. Linen: Avalon Apartment is fully equipped with all your bedroom, bathroom linen and beach towels. Wifi: Avalon Apartment does supply Wi-Fi. Security Bond: A security bond of 500 must be paid on all reservations prior to your arrival. Arrivals and Departures: On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found. 50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
