Situated just a short 35 minute scenic drive from busy Hobart this brand new modern one bedroom retreat is everything you need for the perfect beach getaway. Relax by the fire or watch the surf while watching your favourite sport on Foxtel.
Immaculately maintained and presented, this property offers stunning sweeping views over Frederick Henry Bay and Park Beach which can be enjoyed from the large outdoor entertaining deck or from all internal living areas.
Spacious open plan living with separate dining area is conveniently located next to the full size kitchen complete with electric oven and cooktop.
Cuddle up to the crackling double opening fireplace which adds a cosy warmth throughout and can be viewed from both the bedroom and living area.
Stylish bathroom with ample bench space is combined with all necessary laundry facilities.
We live in Far North Queensland, and first came to Tasmania 8 years ago after our daughter met a Tasmanian who she has since married and now lives in Dodges Ferry. We love the peacefulness of watching the waves roll into Park Beach and the relaxed pace of life here, and we hope you will too.
Dodges Ferry is a beach side town with all facilities including post office, news agency, butcher, cafes, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, boat ramp and family dining locally available.
