Positioned in the heart of Maroochydore within walking distance to local dining precinct, Sunshine Plaza, Cinemas, Maroochy River & local Beaches. An ideal Coastal escape to base yourself for work, rest or play! Comfortably suited to couples or solo travellers with the added bonus of a dog friendly secure grassed yard. Netflix, Wi-Fi and a comfortable reclining lounge, you wont want to leave. !!

This unit could not be in a better location, in walking distance to the patrolled beaches of Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Cotton Tree. Enjoy fish and chips on the beach at Cotton Tree, a sunset drink on the hill at Alexandra Headland or a casual meal at either the Maroochy or Alex Heads surf club. The Ocean Street dining precinct and Sunshine Plaza Shopping centre are also just 1km away. If you’re looking for some new activities while you’re here, the Maroochy River Seaplane provides a spectacular view over our stunning coastline and operates 7 days week. The hotspot of Mooloolaba is also just a five-minute drive away, with great dining and nightlife to be found at The Wharf and Sealife Aquarium open 7 days over summer. Located in the middle of the Sunshine Coast, it’s an easy drive to some of the region’s main attractions like Australia Zoo, Aussie World, the Eumundi Markets, the Glasshouse Mountains and the hinterland towns of Maleny and Montville. We’re also just 15 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport and a 40 minute drive to beautiful Noosa.
