One of the best locations in Falcon, right across from all the facilities that Novara Beach has to offer: boat ramp, playground, picnic facilities, walking/ cycling paths, exercise trail and so much more. Nearby you will find everything you need - restaurants, supermarkets and retail centres. Or just sit on the balcony and watch the Pelicans play :) This is an ideal family home. Upstairs has two bedrooms, a master bedroom (queen bed), and a single bedroom (King single bed, this room can also accomodate a trundle bed or portable cot. There is a bathroom with separate toilet. The main living spaces are on the first floor, that is the kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to create feasts for the family (Crockery and utensils). These spaces give the best outlook to the Novara Foreshore. Downstairs has a 2 bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and two single beds bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet area. The laundry is also downstairs. The backyard has recently been renovated with a new patio area. The backyard is fully secure for your children or pets to play safely in. The front yard offers views from the deck. Pull out the BBQ and enjoy the views of the water at the front also. The front lawns are perfect for additional parking for larger groups or to bring your boat so you can take it out for a day on the water. In the garage, there are two kayaks that can be walked across to the foreshore. The home is located in walking distance to the Novara foreshore (3 mins) or a quick drive to Falcon Beach (5 mins) if the ocean is more your style.

We've enjoyed visiting other people's holiday homes over the years and we are so excited to share our own with you! A beautiful and peaceful area with a great friendly neighbourhood vibe. The parklands and estuary immediately around the home is teeming with wildlife such as birds and kangaroos, and these is great fishing and boating in the estuary. A short stroll from the house you will find the popular Novara General Store, and within a 10 minute radius driving you can access every service, shop and facility you could hope for - and often more than you would find nearby in the metro area (and with longer shopping hours). The famous award-winning Miami Bakehouse is just a couple of minutes away. Its a ideal location with the best of all worlds - a quite neighbourhood with the estuary at your doorstep, the beach just minutes away, and everything you could need a short walk or drive from Pelicans' Retreat.
