This modern 4 bedroom apartment sits just a stone throw away from Christmas Cove boat harbor and only 820 metres away from the Sealink ferry terminal. Enjoy the views while you relax on the large upper balcony or stay indoors where large sliding doors provide spectacular sea views. With two living areas, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry the apartment offers all you need for a fantastic holiday with family or friends, We have equipped both the kitchen (upstairs) and the kitchenette downstairs with a fridge and a dishwasher along with all the kitchen equipment you need for a memorable holiday. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king size (with ensuite), 2 single beds and 2 queen size beds and we are sure you will find the beds extremely comfortable. We have added a kids corner and provide games and a few DVD's for the family to watch. The balcony is large and we have an outdoor table and chairs along with a barbeque for you to cook your favourite food while you enjoy the views. Penneshaw Oceanview Apartment is an ideal choice for small groups and families holidaying together. This is luxury living to enjoy.

We have recently taken over this apartment and look forward to helping guests and families enjoy their holiday. The unit is very well equipped for a comfortable stay and we hope you enjoy your stay. I am an accountant in Adelaide and our family have farms in Delamere and Kangarilla in South Australia where we run beef cattle and sheep.
Penneshaw is a small pretty country town on Kangaroo Island with a population of about 1500 people, and is on the north-east coast of the Dudley Peninsula, and overlooks Backstairs Passage, with the mainland of South Australia a mere sixteen kilometres away. The Kangaroo Island Sealink vehicle ferries from Cape Jervis dock here several times each day. The beach at Penneshaw is known as Hog Bay, and is an excellent sandy swimming beach, and its picnic spots make it a destination popular with families. Penneshaw can also a good place to base yourself on Kangaroo Island. There are any number of local attractions, both natural and man-made, the latter including local wineries, wildlife reserves, points of historic interest, shipwreck sites, coastal walks, lighthouse tours and restaurants. Christmas Cove is a delightful little sheltered marina at Penneshaw and is about 20 metres from our apartment. It’s a modern floating arm facility that accommodates 19 berths for vessels up to around 35ft. It also boasts a launch ramp, plus fresh water, power and sullage facilities, while the town centre is only a short stroll away. Kangaroo Island offers a chance to get back to nature.
